• 1. 作用
  • 1.1. 承运人或代收人签发收据 receipt for the goods
  • 1.2. 货物所有权的凭证 ， 在货物到港前可作抵押贷款
  • 1.3. 托运人与承运人之间的运输契约证明
  • 1.4. 收取运费的依据
  • 1.5. 向船公司或 保险公司索赔的重要依据
• 2. 种类
  • 2.1. 已装船提单 on board B/L 或 shipment B/L
  • 2.2. 备运提单 received for shipment B/L 或 alongside B/L
  • 2.3. 清洁提单 clean B/L
  • 2.4. 不清洁提单 unclean B/L
  • 2.5. 记名提单 straight B/L
  • 2.6. 不记名提单 blank B/L 或 open B/L 或 bearer B/L

• 3. 内容
  • 3.1. 可变部分与不可变部分
  • 3.2. 背面是契约内容不可变、 正面是可变部分
  • 3.3. 船名、装运港、目的港、托运人、收货人、被通知人、货物名、唛头、重量、体积
  • 3.4. 运费、提单正副本份数、签发地与日期、承运人或船长签名
• 4. 背书
  • 4.1. 类型
    • 4.1.1. to order 由托运人 （shipper）背书
    • 4.1.2. to ...'s order 或 to order sghipper 由记名人背书
    • 4.1.3. to shipper's order 或 to order shipper 由承运人背书
  • 4.2. 方式
    • 4.2.1. 空白背书-写背书人的名、地址
    • 4.2.2. 记名背书-写背书人 及 被背书人（海运提单转让对象）的 名、地址、
    • 4.2.3. 记名指示- 背书人名、地址 + to order of 背书人地址、名
• 5. 制单
  • 5.1. 托运人 shipper / consignor 即合同中的买房
  • 5.2. 收货人 consignee 信用证相关的表达
    • 5.2.1. full set B/L consigned to ABC co ----记名收货
    • 5.2.2. full set of B/L made out to order --to order 即凭指示 空白抬头
    • 5.2.3. B/L issue to order of applicant ---记名指示
    • 5.2.4. full set of B/L made out to our order-- 记名指示 （our指开证行）
    • 5.2.5. full set of B/L made out to order of shipper---------to order of shipper 与 to order ，没区别
    • 5.2.6. 提单收货人
      • 5.2.6.1. to order of shipper
      • 5.2.6.2. to order
      • 5.2.6.3. consignee to ABC Co
      • 5.2.6.4. to order of ABC Co ---ABC Co 为applicant 名称
      • 5.2.6.5. to order of XYZ bank -或 to XYZ Banks order----XYZ 为开证行名称
  • 5.3. 被通知人 Notify party ， Notify ，addressed to
    • 5.3.1. 来证没指明哪一方被通知人，可留白
    • 5.3.2. 来证若有两个以上的被通知人，填在副本，正本留空，不够写以*为标志，后在单证其他空白以*标志续写
  • 5.4. 前段运输 pre -carriage by
    • 5.4.1. 写第一程船名，有驳船+ lighter / 在船名之前 （日本、美国不能用）
    • 5.4.2. 多联式提单 同一写 train 或 truck
  • 5.5. 收货地 place of receipt
    • 5.5.1. 没转运，则不用填
  • 5.6. 海运船只、航次 ocean veseel voy. No
    • 5.6.1. 有转运写第二程，没则写第一程，
  • 5.7. 装运港 port of loading
    • 5.7.1. 装运港/ 中转港名称
  • 5.8. 卸货港 port of discharge
    • 5.8.1. 有转运，而且装运港里没写 ，则 卸货港+ W/T
    • 5.8.2. 目的在内陆，目的港+ in trsnsit to 目的地
  • 5.9. 交货地点 place of delivery 即目的港
  • 5.10. 封箱号 container No
  • 5.11. 商品描述及数量
    • 5.11.1. 信用证没有特别要求全英语写时，要求中文填写即应用中文
    • 5.11.2. 包装数大小写一致
    • 5.11.3. 散装 可加 in bulk
    • 5.11.4. 裸装货 大小写并用
    • 5.11.5. 两种 或 两种以上多种包装时，先分别写明，再统计
    • 5.11.6. 毛重 gross weigh 、尺码 measurement 是计算运费主要依据之一
    • 5.11.7. 特殊条款
      • 5.11.7.1. 指定船名
      • 5.11.7.2. 强调支付运费
      • 5.11.7.3. 出现预计条款
      • 5.11.7.4. 强调显示信用证号码 L/C No 、合同号码 S/C
  • 5.12. 运费缴付方式
    • 5.12.1. 运费已付-- freight paid】
    • 5.12.2. 运费预付 --freight prepaid
    • 5.12.3. 运费到付-- freight payable at destination
    • 5.12.4. 运费待付--freight collect
  • 5.13. 签发地与时间 - - place and date of issue
    • 5.13.1. 一般提单签发日即为装船日，除非提单注有装船日独立
  • 5.14. 正本签发份数 No. of original B （s）/ L
    • 5.14.1. 用大写 如、two、three
  • 5.15. 有效盖章
    • 5.15.1. 承运人签字 的标志是 COSCO
    • 5.15.2. 承运人签字 as carrier 或 the carrier
    • 5.15.3. 代理人签字
      • 5.15.3.1. 提醒标志 ABC shipping co
      • 5.15.3.2. 签---as agent for the carrier COSCO
