Okta Verify

• Step 1: Check mobile brand
  • Apple
    • Go to apple Store and install it
  • Other Brand
    • China
      • Go to Wecom and install it. Markus Deng will upload it.
    • Other countries
      • Go to Google play and install it.
• Step 2: Check Security settings on Mobile
  • Make sure you have enabled 6-digit pin code
• Step 3: Enable Okta verify on your mobile phone
  • 1. Where to configure it? Go to https://mouser.okta.com and login with your credential. >Click Top-Right corner (your first name) > Settings
  • 2. How to enable it? Click Edit Profile and input your login password. > Click Verify > Get a verify code via SMS. > Click Okta Verify Setup>Click Setup on next page.> Choose your phone type: iPhone or Android (Choose Android if using a Huawei)>Click Next
  • 3. How to setup the app on mobile? According to the Devices Type choice,
    • For iPhone: Run the App you've installed > Add an account > Organization>Add Account from another Devices? (Skip)>Tap "Yes, Ready to Scan" and allow to use the Camera > Tap Done.
    • For Android including Huawei Start to use>Next > Add an account > Organization>Add Account from another Devices? (Skip)>Tap "Yes, Ready to Scan" and allow to use the Camera > Tap Done.
