    • I'm now at Target looking for a new water cup. I recently heard of the Stanley water cups. I wanted to try those out. I was able to find this one at Target right now. The idea behind this is quite simple. At the end of each day, you simply write down as many wins as possible that have happened to you. So, five K run down Tewkesbury, 16,500 steps, feeling positive and inspired about the year ahead.
