此图是搬运B站复旦学姐杨三思而来，协商谈判，也称一般性商业谈判。它是合同谈判的前提和基础，包括一般性会见、访问交流、意向性谈判等。这种谈判主要步是双方建立关系，沟通信息，探测摸底。

• Seek Common Ground 求同存异
  • Let's focus on what we can do to solve our problem.
  • Both of us are looking to...so we might as well.我们双方都试图..., 那我们不妨...
  • I can see that we have a conflict here.Maybe we can find a way around it.我明白我们的症结所在了。或许我们可以围绕着它想想办法。
  • I understand you can't meet mu shipment deadline. However, we need to come up with some options that will get my delivery there faster. Let's brainstorm. 我理解你无法满足我们的货运时限。但是我们需要拿出一些办法来让交货更快一些。我们都来想想吧。
• Make Compromises 以退为进
  • 劝对方让步
    • If you can make a concession, I think we can discuss this further. 如果你能让步的话，我们或许还能继续谈。
    • If you can..., we may be able to agree to what you're proposing.如果你们能..., 我们可能会同意你们的提议。
  • 自己让步
    • We are always willing to cooperate with you and if necessary make some concessions.我们总是愿意和你们合作，如果需要的话可以做些让步。
  • 各让一步
    • Let's meet each other halfway. / Let's make some compromise.我们各让一步吧。
    • So in order to close this deal, how about meeting each other halfway and make a concession?那么，为了完成这项交易，我们双方都做些让步怎么样？
    • Is there a way to make this work for both of us?有没有对你我都行得通的办法？
    • I'm sure there's some room for negotiation.我肯定还有商量的余地。
• Reject Politely委婉拒绝
  • I think we need more time to consider this request.我想我们需要更多时间来考虑这个要求。
  • I'll have to check with my boss. I'll let you know as soon as I get an answer.我得和我老板先谈谈。一有消息我就立刻通知你。
  • I'm very interested in working with you. However, with what you are currently able to offer, I may have to decline this time.我很有兴趣和你一起共事。但是，根据你刚才的报价来看，这次我只得谢绝了。
