Summarize
The novel is mainly about a business man named Scrooge who is extremely cold, selfish, heartless, mean and lonely totally changed himself, was kind to others and lived happily after he looked back his past as well as his future as a stand-by, which was helped by three different ghosts.
Beginning
On Christmas Eve, Scrooge refused his nephew's invitation of having a wonderful super and celebrating Christmas' Day and he allowed his employer Bod went back home spending good time instead of working. After Scrooge reached his house, he was informed three different spirits would come to visit him at different time by Jacob Marley's ghost.

The young Scrooge was walking up and down, looking very unhappy and was brought to a warm home by his nephew who was a warm-hearted and lovely girl.

Scrooge who was still a clerk at this time was celebrating the Christmas Eve by playing, dancing and eating and so on with Fezziwig, other clerks and Fezziwig's daughters. All of them were really happy this evening.

He thought of nothing except the greatest delight and he realized the happiness that his employer gave are as valuable as money.

Scrooge saw himself again and he was sitting beside a lovely young girl. This time Scrooge broke his promise that he would marry the girl a long time ago as well as didn't choose her but money.

He was beginning to show an unhealthy interest in money and he cried again with great painness. Consequently, he didn't wish to see any more.

in a room which was not very large but comfortable
compare with the room fulling of children, noise, shouting and laughing, Scrooge's office was very silent and he was definitely alone.

It's too awful for him. He felt more miserable than ever. Neither did he want to hear, nor watched any more. He would like to be alone.

He was frightened but he learned a lesson from the first ghost and now he knew he would be taught a lot.

Scrooge found his nephew, wife, and friends were laughing with him. Then they sang songs, played music and played games of course Scrooge joined in the games with delight. They drunk to Scrooge's health and a merry Christmas to him.

He wanted to thank them but he had to leave.

Scrooge saw a boy and a girl who were thin and poorly dressed, with cold, mean eyes and dry, yellow skin. They looked so terrible and sad.

He was more afraid of this spirit than he had been of the others. He hoped spirit could show him the future.

The poor family didn't need to pay back money to the mean old man now due to his death.

Scrooge found his name on the gravestone and he realized that miserable man who was lying on the bed was himself. He was pretty sad to know his unfortunate end.

He could nit believe what he saw and he decided to remember the past, think of the future, be goid to others and keep Christmas in his heart.
Ending
Finally, Scrooge changed himself and changed his life. He smiled at others and helped many people as well as got on well with his clerk called Bob. He kept Christmas cheerfully and lived a happy life.
