• 你觉得研究生应该具备什么能力?
  • 我觉得研究生需要具备的能力很多，但我认为其中有3点最重要。一是快速自学能力。据我了解，读研期间文献的搜集，数据的查找和分析,专业软件的运用以及论文作都需要有自学能力。二是主动解决问题的能力。对于导师安排的事情要事事有回音，件件有着落尽自己所能解决遇到的问题，实在不能解决的主动找导师沟通研究存在的问题，而不是被动等待。三是积极乐观的心态，在读研期间肯定会面对许为未知的困难与挑战，唯有保持坚强乐观的心态，方能渡过难关,顺利完成学业。
• What abilities do you think graduate students should have?

• 你有读博的想法吗?还是就业?
  • 我很喜欢研究我们的专业,也很喜欢在大学里读书的氛围，所以有机会的话,我内心还是很期待继续读博的。当然，到时候也要看就业和家庭的情况，尤其是父母为我读书一直在操劳，一想到父母我也会感到担心，所以如果有好的就业机会，我也想考虑是否参加工作，好减轻父母的负担，更好的照顾和回报父母。所谓活到老，学到老，我也一定会保持终身学习的思想，勇往直前，努力攀登!
• 你认为作为一名科研人需要具备哪些素质?
  • 首先,作为一名科研人员应当具备过硬的专业能力，科研是一项艰巨的事业，需要我们知识的沉淀以及与时俱进的眼光,其次，科研的道路上并非一帆风顺，只有遇到困难克服困难，才能发现新知。因此一名科研人要有一颗不畏很难的强大心脏，踏实深耕，不断前行;最后我认为科研成果并非个人的成果，他需要团队之间的相互协作，只有真诚汲取他人的优点与建议，才能不新优化自身,当然自己也要直诚分享!促讲课题困队的和谐成长。

      • 在生活上，感觉自己是一个比较简单的人。但我也在努力提升自己，让自己变得更优秀。我感觉自已较突出的优点有以下几个方面:第一是勤奋，这一点主要是受我父母的影响，尤其是我母亲从我记事起就起早贪黑为家庭辛苦工作，给我留下了客观的印象，也激励着我去奋斗，去努力。第二是认真，从小母亲就叫我做事情不要糊弄，要做好做完善，否则就是浪费时间和精力，这一点对我影响很大，第三是乐观，在生活中我是一个很乐观的人，喜欢从积极方面看待事物，所以性格也比较开朗，身边总会有一群好朋友。
