Warranty Standard
Warranty Duration: 6 months limited warranty.
Warranty Coverage: Covers failures due to manufacturing defects.
Warranty Processing: We will follow the instructions for repair or replacement.
Special Notice: Warranty not including the man-made Problem,such as LCD Broken, LCD and phone scratches, camera scratches.
Buyer Report RMA
Buyers Provide: Model no, quantity, issue details,packing well,tracking no.
Buyer got feedback from supplier and packing the RMA phone and make shipment back to the address which supplier confirmed.
Supplier Receive Goods
Check whether the product is in good condition.
Special for the signs of intentional damage,LCD damage or modification.
Report to the buyers of situation what we got.
Buyers choose what they want to deal with the RMA phones.
Repair the Function Issue: For the manufacturing defects, it's free to repair the functions. But not refurbished as new.
Refurbished as new: Only replace or repair the function problem are free, changing the new LCD Cover, LCD, and Phone back, Phone frame, we will charge as the real fee. We will do free for the handfees.
If you want to have the other models new phones, we can provide you the credit amount is 90% compared to the original invoice.
We will ship the RMA with the new order together.
Buyers confirms got the repair or replacement goods.
Confirm return voucher.
Rate return services.
