名词性从句

• 主语从句
  • 连词
    • that 无语义 不充当成分 e.g.That you like singing is unknown to me.
    • whether/if 有语义 不充当成分（if只能放在句中，避免歧义不可放句首）e.g.Whether you will forgive him is unknown to us.
    • wh- 有语义 充当成分 e.g.What I am wondering is the truth.
  • 特殊句型
    • It+特殊v.（短语）[如occur to/happen to/seem to sb.；turn out/matter...]+that+从句 e.g.It turned out that he was the very thief.
    • It+be+情感类adj.+that+从句 e.g.It is strange that you (should) say like this.
    • It+建议类v.+that从句 e.g.It is demanded that you (should) come early.
• 表语从句
  • 连词
    • that 无语义 不充当成分 e.g.The fact is that we should depend on ourselves.
    • whether有语义 不充当成分(不用if，表从有时可与主从替换，避免歧义）e.g.The problem is whether he can control the situation.
    • wh- 有语义 充当成分 e.g.The biggest promblem is how we can tackle the tough issue.
  • 特殊句型
    • It+感官v.
      • +that+从句 e.g.It appears that you are drunk.
      • +as if/though+虚拟语气 e.g.It tasted as if/though the meat had gone bad.
    • That's because+从句 e.g.That's because we're not in common.
• 同位语从句
  • 连词
    • that 无语义 不充当成分 e.g.The news that he has won the game is not true.
    • whether有语义 不充当成分 (不用if 避免歧义） e.g.There is some doubt whether he will give up his dream.
    • wh- 有语义 充当成分 e.g.The question when we will set off remains unsettled.
  • 特殊句型
    • 表示命令、要求、建议等n.的同位语从句为 that+虚拟语气
      • e.g.The teacher gave us some advice that we (should) memorize more words daily.
      • e.g.The order from the government that the chemical plant (should) be moved to the countryside has been carried out.
• 宾语从句
  • 连词
    • that 无语义 不充当成分 e.g.I believe (that) I can fly.
    • whether/if有语义 不充当成分(介词后不用if ） e.g.I wonder whether/if you won the game.
    • wh- 有语义 充当成分 e.g.Did Coco figure out how Johnson would get through the chilly winter?
    • <特殊> 表情感、态度类的系表结构相当于谓语 +that从句 e.g.He is pleased that he can tackle the problem on his own.
  • 特殊句型【需加形式宾语it，再加宾从的情况】
    • 当主句为主谓宾宾补结构时
      • e.g.I think it necessary that we memorize more words daily.
      • e.g.Some students take it for granted that they can get everything from their parents.
    • 当表“喜欢、认为、痛恨”类的词时 e.g.I hate that my friends turn me down.
    • 当that引导的宾从作介词宾语时 e.g.One must see to it that the car is in neutral.
• 名从中that不可省略的情况
  • 当that宾从的主语是非谓语动词or主从时 e.g.We all know that studying hard is really necessary.
  • 当主句中的谓语是固定词组时 e.g.Mary has made up her mind that she will study hard for the scholarship，so she can have the chance to go abroad for further study.
  • 当that宾从是双宾语中的直宾时 e.g.I'll never tell anyone that you've ever been there.
  • 并列的宾从时，第二个及以后的从句连词that不能省 e.g.The teacher told us (that) ...and that ...
  • 当that宾从前有it作形式宾语时 e.g.I think it difficult that...
  • 当主句的状语位于从句的前面时 e.g.Tom promised that if he could...,he would...
  • 省略答语中，that宾从单独出现时 e.g.——What did he say? ——That he would visit the Great Wall.
  • 当that前有插入语时 e.g.Little Alice didn't know,I'm sure,that her sister was going to America.
  • <注>当名从已有疑问词引导时，不可再加that
