比较
as...as， not as/so...as...， than等连接词引导。“the十比较级...； the+比较级...”结构

倒装
so/such引导的结果状语从句放于句首时， 主句的助动词要置于主语前面。为了强调形容词或副词， so...that...引导的结果状语从句， 可把so置于句首，主句用倒装语序。

although， though， even if， even though， whether...or...， whether(...) or not， while， whatever， no matter what/how/why等。
though/although

eventhough，even if
I'll get there even if/eventhough I have to walk all the way. Even if he is poor， she loves him.即使他很穷， 但她还是爱他。(=He maybe poor， yet she loves him.) Eventhough he is poorshe loves him.尽管他很穷， 但她还是爱她。(=He is poor， yet she loves him.)
as倒装
Urgent as/though the message is， it is impossible to send it there in time. (=Though the message is urgent， it is impossible to send it there in time.) Child as/though he was， he faced the dangerous situation calmly. (=Though he was a child， he faced the dangerous situation calmly.) Much as she loves his daughter， he is strict with her. Object as you may， I'l go. (=Though/Although you may object， I'll go.)
whether...or.../whether(...) or not
Whether you believe it or not， it's true.无论你是否相信， 这都是真的。 I'll marry him whether he is poor or rich.不管他是穷还是富我都要和他结婚。
while

wh-ever类（不管）
Whatever you say， Iwon't believe you.(=No matter what you say， Iwon't believe you.) Whenever I'm unhappy， it is my friend who cheers me up. (=No matter when I'm unhappy， it is my friend who cheers me up.) I'll wait for you however late it is. (=I'll wait for you no matter how late it is.) “no matter十疑问词”结构只能引导让步状语从句， wh-ever类词还可以引导名词性从句。
Whatever(=No matter what) happened， he would not mind.(Whatever引导让步状语从句) I'll take whoever(！=no matter who) wants to go.。 Whoever(￥No matter who) comes will be welcome.(whoever引导主语从句)
省略
it/主语be，主语和谓语的一部分(尤其是be动词)往往可以省略。
