• 时间状语
  • 连接词
    • （1）常见的连接词，引导时间状语从句
      • 当
        • when
          • 可用于短暂性动词（die）和延续性动词（eat）
          • 动作同时或先后发生
        • while
          • 常用于延续性动词，从句通常为be doing的时态
          • 动作同时发生
        • as
          • 可用于短暂性动词和延续性动词
          • 动作同时发生，译为“一边……一边……”或“随着……”
      • 直到
        • until
          • 用于肯定句或否定句（not…until…）
        • till
          • 只能用于肯定句
    • （2）单词或短语充当连接词，引导时间状语从句
      • after, before, since, whenever
      • every time, each time, (the)next time, any time, (the)last time, the first time等
      • 一…就… / 立刻
        • as soon as
        • 立刻（the+短暂性动词）：the moment, the minute, the second, the instant
        • immediately, directly, instantly, once
        • 部分倒装
          • no sooner + had done … , than + did…
          • hardly + had done … , when + did…
          • scarcely + had done … , when + did…
            • 先发生的，过去完成时
            • 后发生的，一般过去时
  • 时态：主将，从现
    • 在连接词后面的句子是从句
• 条件状语
  • 连接词：引导条件状语从句
    • if（如果）
    • unless（除非）
    • in case（万一）
    • so/as long as（只要）
    • so/as far as（就……而言）
    • on condition that（条件是……/如果）
    • supposing（假设）
    • providing/provided（如果）
  • 时态：主将，从现
• 让步状语
  • 连接词
    • 尽管
      • even though=even if
      • （1）不倒装
        • although
        • though
        • although/though+主+谓/系+强调的部分+其他
        • although/though不能与but连用，但可以与yet连用 eg: Though I believe it, yet I must consider.
      • （1）Although/Though he works hard , he makes little progress. （2）Hard as/though he works, he makes little progress.
      • （2）倒装
        • as
        • though
        • 强调部分+as/though+主+谓/系+其他（强调名词，冠词省略）
          • As a child he is.→ Child as he is.
      • while
        • 通常放句首
    • 无论
      • however, whatever, whenever, wherever
        • 能引导让步状语从句和名词性从句
      • no matter what, no matter how, no matter when
        • 只能引导让步状语从句
      • eg:No matter who you are, you must keep the law.=Whoever you are, you … ▲However/ No matter how+adj./adv.+S+V+其他
• 结果状语
  • 连接词
    • 如此……以至于……
      • so(+形容词）/such(+名词)…that…
        • 常考题型（定从+结果状语从句/强调句）
          • (1) I was so angry at all (that he was doing) that I left at once.
          • (2) It is such a good place (as everybody wants to visit) that it is well-known all over the world.
