    • The whole reason I actually came on this trip was, A: I like to do at least one solo trip a year. I've been doing it for the past like four or so years, and I just think they're really fun, and a good way to kind of reconnect with yourself.     • We are actually going to be starting with my evening routine of reading. Throughout winter break I would read from the morning into the afternoon, nighttime into the early morning again. But during the school year, during 2023, I found two places to squeeze in reading time. That was on my commutes and also right before I went to bed. Here's the thing though, sometimes I get motion sickness if I'm staring at something on the bus, so some days it's just nighttime where I have a chance to read. There's nothing wrong with reading on (an) electronic device. I am more likely to get distracted and do other things, and I feel like reading before bed... One is really helpful in replacing screen time, so you're not endlessly scrolling.
